Absolutely breathtaking views of Taal Lake! The staff was unbelievably friendly and attentive, making our stay extra enjoyable. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet was delicious, providing great variety! !

The room amenities were lacking, the air conditioning was not working properly and the towels felt worn out. The outside traffic noise also disrupted our peace at times, making relaxation difficult.

Staying in a Ridge Room offered an incredible view of Taal Lake. The room was spacious and the comfortable bed made resting easy. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety. The staff during breakfast were attentive, especially one who helped us find a table. However, the wifi connection was spotty, making it tough to stay connected. Some areas, like the hallway leading to the Ridge Rooms, felt outdated and could use a refresh. Despite the beautiful surroundings, a few amenities needed better upkeep. Overall, a pleasant experience but there are certainly aspects they could improve.
